Accessibility Information

At Crystal Palace Park, we aim to create an event that is accessible to all our customers.

Applications for the use of accessible facilities will open soon. To be notified once applications open, please register your interest here.

Once applications open, you will be able to apply for use of the facilities including:

  • Raised Viewing Platforms
  • Ground Level Viewing Areas
  • Essential Companion Tickets
  • Accessible Toilets
  • BSL interpreting Services
  • Changing Places Units

In addition, there will be Sensory Zones, lowered service counters and an accessible entrance.

PRESCRIBED MEDICATION

You can bring prescription medication to the event, but please ensure it is in the original packaging with the dispensary sticker intact.

If you need to bring in loose medication or medication not in its original packaging, please also bring the prescription(s) with you.

MEDICAL MARIJUANA

Medical marijuana prescribed for daily use may be brought into the event.

Please bring the medication in its prescribed form together with the original prescription supporting its use for the entire duration of your time at the event. You may be asked to present this, along with identification matching the name on the prescription, upon entry.

TAKING BAGS INTO THE ARENA

For security reasons, we ordinarily only permit customers to bring a small bag (A4 size) into the arena.

Customers with accessible requirements are entitled to bring a bigger bag into the arena. (One bag only per customer with accessible requirements).

Drop Off

There is no parking at Crystal Palace Park.

Accessibility customers can be dropped off and picked up at a designated spot which is 35m from the accessibility box office.

The exact location will be provided in the Accessibility Guide, which will be sent out closer to the event.

If you are being dropped off by car, you can apply for an accessibility drop-off pass.

Please make sure that the driver has the pass clearly displayed on their windscreen.

Once you have been dropped off, visit the accessibility box office to collect your wristbands.
