Emerging from the heart of LA’s alternative scene, zzzahara crafts deeply personal songs that wade through love, lust, and self-discovery. Their 2022 debut album Liminal Spaces chronicled the turbulence of growing up in Highland Park, while their 2023 follow-up Tender took a more introspective turn. Now, with their latest release Spiral Your Way Out (2025), zzzahara continues their sonic evolution, blending their signature warmth with ambitious production and a gutsy edge.
zzzahara has steadily built a reputation for their evocative songwriting and electrifying live performances. Initially gaining recognition as part of The Simps alongside Eyedress, they have since carved out a distinctive solo identity, working with producers such as Jorge Elbrecht (Japanese Breakfast, No Joy, Sky Ferreira), Sarah Tudzin (boygenius, Cloud Nothings, The Armed), and Alex Craig (Jelani Aryeh, re6ce).
